Funeral Homes are asked to review and sign this agreement between Baldwin Hill Cemetery and the funeral home.

Funeral Homes must inform the burial contractor of the casket height so that the hole is dug to an adequate depth to meet soil covering requirements. Minimizing the height of the casket to only that which is needed is encouraged.

The Baldwin Hill Cemetery uses Brandon Ellis of Farmingdale as the burial contractor, which the funeral home must communicate with to set-up the burial.
