Other Costs

 

Additional costs and fees will be incurred during the funeral and burial process in addition to the cost of the Baldwin Hill Cemetery interment right.

Other end-of-life services and fees that may be incurred include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Funeral services, including arrangements, transportation costs, and handling of the deceased. Please discuss with your funeral service provider.

  • Burial contractor fees.

  • Burial container or urn.

  • Memorial stone purchase and setting fees.

  • Native plantings.

Burial contractor fees are determined by the contractor, not the cemetery. The below listed fees may not be up-to-date, but serve as a rough guide.

Full Body Burial:

M-F $1225
Sat. $1325
Sun./Holidays $1825

Cremains:

M-F $525
Sat. $625
Sun./Holidays $725

For burial of cremains, family’s have the option to dig the hole* themselves with hand tools under supervision of cemetery staff. This requires additional cemetery staff time so there is still a cost associated with this option, as follows:

*Holes must be large enough to fit the cremains/urn with approximately 6 inches of soil cover. Please note that Baldwin Hill soils may be rocky and rooty.
