A submission confirmation has been sent to your email. Once the agreement has been signed by the cemetery, we will email you the signed copy for your records. It may take several days until a cemetery representative is able to sign. Baldwin Hill Cemetery will also keep records of all interment agreements.
If you opted to pay via check, don’t forget to submit payment to complete the agreement.
